We make every effort to accurately display our products, but we cannot guarantee colors or details will appear exactly as seen on your screen. Because many of our products are made from real wood and finished by hand, variations in wood grain, color, knots, texture, and finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the character of handmade products and are not considered defects.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted upon our confirmation and successful payment processing. Review your order carefully; we may not be able to cancel or modify it afterward. If your order is not accepted or is canceled, we will attempt to contact you. Custom and personalized orders may enter production shortly after purchase and may not be eligible for cancellation or modification once production has begun.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. All purchases are for personal or household use only, not for resale.
4. Prices and Billing
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at the time of order confirmation, excluding applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Promotions and discounts may be subject to additional terms.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment details. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to pay all charges incurred, including taxes and shipping fees.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times typically range from 7–10 business days, as most items are made to order. Delivery dates provided at checkout or in shipping notifications are estimates and are not guaranteed. Rustic Pine Outpost is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside our reasonable control. If your package is lost, damaged, or otherwise has a delivery issue, please contact us so we can assist you.

All content within our Services—including text, graphics, designs, logos, and product information—is owned by Rustic Pine Outpost or our licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent.

Rustic Pine Outpost is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to deliver the Services. All purchases are made with Rustic Pine Outpost directly. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions, and you release Shopify from any liability related to your use of the Services or purchases made.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Shopify also collects data to help operate the platform. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data by both Rustic Pine Outpost and Shopify.
