Refund policy

📦 Rustic Pine Outpost Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your item was marked as delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Returns@RusticPineOutpost.com. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be sent to the address to be provided. 

Returns must be requested and approved before sending items back. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

🛠 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate and make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items and gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
