Most of our products are made to order, which means we begin crafting your item after you place your order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your item to be created and prepared for shipment.
During peak seasons or for larger orders, processing may take slightly longer. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly.

Once your item is ready, it will ship using the method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times within the U.S.:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Rustic Pine Outpost is not responsible for delays once an item is in transit. This includes delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
